What is Microsoft Foundry?

Microsoft Foundry, formerly Azure AI Foundry, is Microsoft's platform for building AI agents and applications. It gives access to leading models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and others, with built-in security, evaluation, and monitoring, all inside your own Azure environment.

Is our data used to train Microsoft's AI models?

No. Microsoft's commitments for Copilot and Azure OpenAI state that your prompts, responses, and business data are not used to train the foundation models. Solutions we build run inside your own Microsoft tenant and respect your existing security.

Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?

Not always. Many Copilot features in Dynamics 365 are included with your existing licences, and agents can be published to Teams or your website without a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for every user. We map out exactly what you need, so you only pay for what will actually be used.

How long does an AI pilot take?

A focused pilot on one process typically takes three to six weeks, depending on the data and systems involved. You get measurable results before deciding whether to roll it out further.

Can AI agents work with Business Central?

Yes. Agents can read and create records in Business Central, such as quotes, orders, and purchase invoices, using the same permissions and approval workflows as your team. Microsoft also provides prebuilt agents for Business Central, such as the Sales Order Agent and Payables Agent, that we can configure for you.

What if our data isn't in good shape?

That's common, and it's the first thing we check. Part of every engagement is reviewing and cleaning the data a solution depends on, so the AI gives answers your team can trust.
